Doc's provides mats placed under dumpster wheels to protect concrete or asphalt surfaces.

Cost---$40.00

Cancellation Protection(optional)

For $35, customers may add Cancellation Protection to their rental. This allows you to cancel or reschedule your dumpster delivery at any time prior to delivery with no cancellation fees.

Without Cancellation Protection, cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery may incur a $50 scheduling fee.

How does billing work?

When you set up your dumpster rental, we collect billing information up front and keep it on file. The dumpster is billed and paid on delivery. If any additional fees occur, they will be processed to the card on file and an invoice will be sent explaining the charge.

What is included in the price of a dumpster rental?

Your rental includes one-time delivery and removal of the selected roll-off dumpster, a stated rental period, and a disposable weight allowance. All waste is disposed of at a fully approved and licensed disposal facility.

What size dumpsters do you offer?

We offer 15-yard and 20-yard roll-off dumpsters suitable for residential, commercial, and construction projects. If you’re unsure which size is best, contact us and we’ll help you choose. We also have concrete dumpster just for concrete, brick, tile and dirt

How far in advance should I book a dumpster rental?

We recommend booking 24–48 hours in advance. Same-day service may be available depending on your location and current availability.

How long can I keep the dumpster?

Our standard rental period is 1,3 or 7 days. Need more time? Extended rental options are available—just let us know.

What if my dumpster is full and I need another one?

If you need your dumpster emptied and returned during the rental period, call us at 803-767-3660.
A dump-and-return service fee of $150 applies each time the container is emptied and returned. Customers are responsible for all landfill or transfer station tipping fees.

Do I need a permit for my dumpster rental?

If the dumpster will be placed on a public street or sidewalk, a permit may be required from your local municipality. We can help guide you through the process.

Will the dumpster cause driveway damage?

Driveway damage is unlikely, but the weight of the dumpster and contents may cause damage. Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable access and ground conditions.
We recommend placing 4′×8′ plywood sheets or 2′×4′ boards under the dumpster to protect your driveway. Doc’s Debris & Dumpsters is only responsible for damage caused by our negligence.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Doc’s Debris & Dumpsters is fully licensed and insured in South Carolina.

How do I schedule a dumpster delivery or pickup?

Scheduling is easy. Call us or use our online contact form to arrange delivery or pickup. We’ll work around your schedule to make the process hassle-free.

What kind of materials can go in the dumpster?

Most household, construction, and demolition debris is allowed. Prohibited items include asbestos, bio-hazard materials, medical waste, batteries, oil, wet paint, and toxic materials. If you’re unsure, call us first.

Will you help load the dumpster?

No. We provide dumpster delivery and removal only. Customers are responsible for loading debris into the container.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Can you remove the dumpster if I’m not on site?

Yes. As long as the dumpster is accessible, we can pick it up even if you are not present.

Do you recycle?

Yes. We work with multiple disposal facilities and make every effort to recycle whenever possible. Recycling first is our goal.

Dry Run Fee/Trip fee?

If driver arrives but cannot drop dumpsters due to car blocking driveway, no space or unsafe placement.

Trip charge-A $100 charge will be added to the dumpster rental fee if dumpster cannot be delivered.
